Our services
We offer deep expertise across various therapeutic modalities.
Individual therapy
One-on-one work focused on your personal landscape. This is your space to untangle old narratives, process difficult experiences, and build a stronger, more authentic relationship with yourself.
Couples counseling
For partners seeking to navigate conflict, improve communication, and deepen intimacy. We provide a neutral, structured space to rebuild connection and find a shared path forward.
How we help
Real support for real life
We address real-life challenges—anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions—with compassionate expertise and a commitment to supporting your growth.
Anxiety and overwhelm
When "just relax" doesn't help. We help you stop barely coping and address the real cause of your anxiety.
Trauma and EMDR
When the past still affects you now. We use body-based methods proven to help process trauma and restore your sense of safety.
Depression and burnout
For when you feel numb, stuck, or very tired. We help you clear the fog and regain purpose and energy.
Perinatal and Postpartum
Support for the specific emotional and mental challenges of new and expectant parents.
Healing your relationship with food and body
We use somatic and intuitive eating approaches to help you reconnect with your body's wisdom.
Life changes
Grief, job changes, new parenthood, or breakups. We offer steady support during major life and identity changes.
Somatic work
For when you feel stuck in your head. We help you tune into your body to release stored stress and emotions — and gently rewire your nervous system to create a lasting sense of safety and connection.
A different kind of care.
Whole-person healing
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Dietitian, and Registered Nurse, I built this practice around a simple truth: your mind, your body, and your nervous system are not separate problems.
They belong in the same room. Here, you don't have to leave pieces of yourself at the door — whether that's your relationship with food, your body, your faith, or your identity. All of it is welcome, and all of it matters.
My approach
A partner in the healing process
You don’t have to navigate your heaviest chapters alone; I provide the support and strategy to help you release what no longer serves you.
-
CBT helps you identify the thought patterns that keep you stuck and replace them with ones that actually serve you. It's practical, collaborative, and gives you real tools to use between sessions — not just insight, but action.
-
IFS is the idea that we're all made up of different "parts" — and that the ones causing the most trouble are usually just trying to protect you. We work together to get curious about those parts rather than fight them, which is where real, lasting change begins.
-
Sometimes the best conversations happen when you're moving. Walk and Talk therapy takes our sessions outside — into fresh air and natural surroundings — which can help loosen what feels stuck and make space for things that are harder to say face to face.
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is one of the most well-researched approaches for healing trauma. It works by helping your brain process painful memories that got "stuck" — so they lose their grip on how you feel and function today.
-
Somatic Eating reconnects you to the body's natural wisdom around hunger, fullness, and satisfaction — drawing on both body-based awareness and your lived experience.
“We are wired to heal. Like the ability to survive, healing is written into our biology. As long as we are living, the capacity to heal is in us, waiting for the right conditions to come to the fore.”
