Diving deeper
Most people don't need another referral. They need one person who finally gets all of it.
You've maybe already tried pieces of this. A therapist who was helpful, but didn't really understand the food stuff. A dietitian who gave you a meal plan but never touched what was underneath it. A doctor who ran labs and called you fine.
And still… something feels unresolved.
That's not a failure on your part. That's what happens when care is fragmented and the human in front of the provider gets lost in the handoff.

FAQS
I am ready for therapy?
-
Both! I see clients in person in Ogden, Utah and offer virtual sessions. If you're local and love the idea of a Walk and Talk session — therapy outdoors, in movement and nature — that's an option too. We'll figure out what format works best for you and your life.
-
Yes. I am currently in-network with the following plans:
Cigna
DMBA
EMI Health
Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
SelectHealth
PEHP
UnitedHealthcare
University of Utah Health Plans
Not sure if you're covered? I'd encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider directly to confirm your benefits, or contact me and I can help point you in the right direction.

Individual therapy — one-on-one counselling for anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, Faith crisis/deconstruction, healing disordered eating and body image issues, perinatal/pregnancy/post-partum/parenthood/motherhood, self-esteem, and coping skills.
Couples therapy — relationship counselling for communication, conflict resolution, trust, and intimacy issues.
Trauma-focused therapy — evidence-based care for PTSD and complex trauma, including EMDR and trauma-informed approaches tailored to your nervous system and history.
Rather than working from a single framework, I draw from a variety of cognitive and body-based holistic approaches depending on what you need. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Somatic and Polyvagal approaches, Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Neurobiology. This means your care is never one-size-fits-all — it's built around you, your story, and how your mind and body are showing up right now.
Step into a new way of being.
Real growth requires moving beyond the familiar toward the life you want to lead.
